Responsibilities

The role offers a broad and varied mix of tasks that provide diversity in everyday life. You will be part of an engaged and family-oriented finance team of eight people, with offices in central Stockholm.

Your main tasks:

  • Record daily transactions, including incoming and outgoing payments
  • Review and code incoming supplier invoices
  • Administer and ensure quality in invoicing
  • Handle inquiries from the business regarding finance
  • Various other administration tasks that occur in a finance department

Suitable background

The right person for the role has previous experience in finance and good system knowledge. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and enjoy creating structure and order in your work. It is an advantage if you have an education in finance.
